Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu walked through the quiet streets of
Makkah Mukarramah.
None knew at that time that herzu was the future Kħalifah of
Islam.
Herzu himself didn’t know it.
Neither, herzu had even dreamed of it ever.
Tonight everything had changed.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu needed to tell someone.
Normally, herzu would have gone straight home.
It was hisrzu routine.
After emerging from Rasūl-al-Allahs’s house, Ħazrat Abu Bakr
Siddīqrzu always went straight home.
Their dwellings were next door to each other.
After what Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu had seen and heard tonight,
herzu needed to take a walk.
Besides, his wife, Umm Rumanrza, had entered labor earlier
today.
Hisrzu home was, consequently, an exclusive domain of midwife.
Through the birth of a daughter and two sons, Ħazrat Abu Bakr
Siddīqrzu had learned to give the tribe of women its privacy
they needed.
A man could only serve as an annoyance.
The safe delivery of this child was not only important to Ħazrat
Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu.
It was equally important to the entire Ummat-e- Muslimah.
All twenty of them.
Yes, they were twenty now.
The child taking birth from his wife, Ħazrat Umm Rumanrza, would
be the twenty first.
If the Ummat-e- Muslimah survives.
The Sheikħs of Makkah Mukarramah now knew of Islam.
Yes, it is beneficial to all of them.
But Abī Sufyān has never listened to reason.
He could see it as a threat to his empire of Ignorance.
Rasūl-al-Allahs himself says the Ignorance and the Zia ul Ħaq
can’t stay together.
For a moment, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu wondered what kind of
the world his child would grow into.
Herzu had hoped for years that the Ħaq, the Truth, would spread
discreetly, unnoticeably.
The masters of Makkah Mukarramah would be surprised one day to
find that their tribal religion has died in sleep.
And they were not even aware of it when it was dying.
The most ancient, ancestral religion, Islam, has replaced it
once again.
That’s what always happens.
Islam was the everfirst religion of humankind.
Ħazrat Ādama was its first messenger.
Hea was brought on earth in today Hind, India.
The Arabs never forgot it.
They still name their children ‘Hind’ in respect to this
incidence.
Ħazrat Ħavvaha was brought on earth in Arab.
Why?
Ħazrat-e-Ħaq, Allah SWT, wanted it so.
If He SWT did not want it, could it happen ever?
Yet, the vile Arab Burdāfaroshs are wrong that Allah SWT wants
Hindu, Indian, men and Arab women spouses.
The scoundrels use it as an excuse.
They kidnap the extremely beautiful Arab girls and sell them to
Hindus of Hind, India.
Hind is called the Golden Bird, ‘Soné kī Chiđiyā’ nowadays.
Rasūl-al-Allahs says:
‘I get Rabbānī fragrance, the fragrance of God, from Hind,
India.’
Yet, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu has never understood why the
Hindus, the Indians, purchase Årab Beauties if Rasūl-al-Allahs
does really get Rabbānī fragrance, the fragrance of God, from
Hind, India.
Is Allah so biased in favor of Hindus?
They always enjoy the Årab Beauties.
Why?
Isn’t it a grand and constant humiliation of the Årabs?
Hindus not only purchase the Årab Beauties, they also come here
clandestinely in large armed groups.
The mysterious Kumār Durgesh of equally mysterious Shivgađh is
the leader of such Hindus.
He pretends that he can be everywhere.
Yes, he maybe a magician.
Hind, India, is infamous for its Black Magic too.
Kumār Durgesh maybe the Master of Black Magic.
But he, with his other friends, tries to stop Årabs from burying
their girls, their daughters, alive.
Kumār Durgesh beats such Årabs, demolishes the graves of their
daughters, and takes them out alive before they are dead.
Rasūl-al-Allahs praises Kumār Durgesh and the Hindus for it.
But, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu never could understand why Kumār
Durgesh and the Hindus must be praised for it.
Isn’t it a grand and constant humiliation of the Årabs, once
again?
They take Årabs’ daughters anyway to use them for sex with them.
The Hindus are the sexiest men Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu has
ever known.
And they must be praised for it?
Nonsense!
Tonight he knew that whatever path Islam would take, it could
not be a quiet one.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu paused to look up at the sky.
There was no moon tonight.
The sky was aflame with a multitude of stars.
The foolish Årabs believed that the future could be determined
by the sparkling patterns that played across the sky.
Almost all the Sheikħs of Makkah Mukarramah believed in such
nonsense.
Perhaps only Rasūl-al-Allahs and Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu are
the persons in Makkah Mukarramah who believed it was a
superstition.
Hindus also believed so, but they are not Årabs.
Even the Jews and the Christians hate Hindus.
The Hindus are equally after the Jew Beauties and the Christian
Beauties too.
Rasūl-al-Allahs says:
The Hindus are not capable to produce enough baby girls.
So they have to depend on other women for their own survival.
“But, Rasūl-al-Allahs,” Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu argued, “If we
forgive Hindus on the ground that they are after other women for
their own survival, how the Årab Burdāfaroshs are wrong? They
also attack other tribes of them, and kidnap their beautiful
girls and women for their own survival.”
Rasūl-al-Allahs smiled,
“Abu Bakr, I never expected such a wrong argument from you.”
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu hesitated somewhat.
What was wrong in his argument?
Since Bhoj and Kālidās have embraced Islam, Rasūl-al-Allahs has
become more lenient to the Hindus.
Hes had not even changed their names.
Bhoj is still Bhoj as he was before he brought Īmān on
risālat-e-Muħammadīs.
Similarly, Kālidās is still Kālidās.
Rasūl-al-Allahs has allowed both of them to take so many Årab
Musalmān Beauties with them.
“I could not understand, Rasūl-al-Allahs, what’s wrong in my
argument.” Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu asked politely.
“Don’t you?”Rasūl-al-Allahs smiled, “The Årab Burdāfaroshs
attack other tribes.”
“So do the Hindus too.”
“Never on their own accord, Abu Bakr.”Rasūl-al-Allahs kept
smiling, “Never on their own accord. They always attack the Årab
tribes to help their better Årab opponents.”
“But they take the Årab Beauties in their remunerations.”
“Because the Hindus need Årab Beauties, not the other
māl-e-ghanīmat. India is Soné kī Chiđiyā, the Golden Bird. Never
forget.”
“The Hindus are humiliating us Årabs.” Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu
protested.
“You are quite wrong. The Hindus are not humiliating us Årabs.
We Årabs are humiliating ourselves.”Rasūl-al-Allahs contradicted
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu gravely, “If Hindus don’t purchase our
Årab Beauties, what do you think, it will be stopped?”
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu could not answer it.
Herzu knew very well, the Persians are the second customers.
Only the Persians are not as lenient as the Hindus are.
The Hindus have more money.
So, they pay better.
Even if the sale to Hindus is stopped, the sale to the Persians
would continue.
The sale of the Årab Beauties would not stop.
It would continue for lesser money.
The Persians are worse if compared with the Hindus.
The Persians never marry the Årab Beauties they purchase.
The Hindus almost always do.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu had to admit Rasūl-al-Allahs was
right.***
The real name of Ħazrat Umm Rumanrza was Zaynab bint Åāmir.
Sherza was raised in Sarat in the Arabian Peninsula.
Sherza was not married originally with Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu.
Originally, Ħazrat Zaynab bint Åāmir Umm Rumanrza was married to
a young man of her own tribe.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was not her first husband.
Herzu was herrza second husband.
Unlike in India, Satītv and Pātivratý were not so common in Årab
those days.
The Årabs those days were more practical than Hindus.
The Hindus were more spirituals than the Årabs.
It was natural too.
The Årabs were the poorest people those days.
They had to fight hard for their own survival.
The survival is the first thing utmost necessary in life.
Not only the human beings, even the animals fight their hardest
for their own survival.
All the ethics and moral come after the survival.
The Hindus had a long cultural history.
They were so old and established that they could easily have the
luxury of culture and philosophy.
The Årabs however were exactly in opposite condition to the
Hindus.
They were in primitive condition.
Their culture could not afford Satītv and Pātivratý.
Ħazrat Zaynab bint Åāmir Umm Rumanrza was married originally
with Åbd-Allah-bin Ħāris bin Sakhbarah Azdi.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was married originally with Qutaylah
bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá.
The great Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr was the daughter of
Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá and Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu.
Sherza raced out of her father’s home.
Her father, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu, had divorced her Ammī,
Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá.
Her Ammī, Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá loved her self respect
more than she loved her father, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu put before her two options:
1. Accept Islam and continue as hisrzu wife.
2. Remain polytheist and divorce him.
Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá chose second option.
“What do you think I am, Abdullah bin Abi Qahafa? I’m a woman. I
have my own brain, my own thinking, my own ideology.”
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu looked at his wife gravely.
“You love these things more than you love me?”
Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá smiled.
“Don’t you love Islam more than me?”
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was surprised.
His wife Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá was arrogant.
Most of the Årab women were arrogant.
They knew their importance in Årab economy.
So many of them were richer than even their Årab husbands.
So many of them were the employers of their husbands even.
Their husbands were their servants.
Even Rasūl-al-Allahs was a servant of hiss wife, Ħazrat
Kħadījatul Kubrahrza.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu never liked it.
But the fact was fact.
And even Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu could not deny it.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr had seen Ħazrat Zaynab bint Åāmir
Umm Rumanrza’s pale face, the blood on herrza thighs, and had
known that the birthing had gone wrong.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr had already lost her own Ammī,
Qutaylah bint ʻAbdu l-ʻUzzá.
Sherza could not bear to lose Ħazrat Zaynab bint Åāmir Umm
Rumanrza too.
Sherza ran down the steps.
Sherza stepped out into the narrow alley between the two
adjacent houses of Rasūl-al-Allahs and herrza father, Ħazrat Abu
Bakr Siddīqrzu.
There was a pool of dark mud, residue of rare and welcome
rainfall of the night before.
The rainfall was not normal in Makkah Mukarramah.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr splashed herrza feet in the pool
of dark mud.
Herrza friends had all gone this morning to pray at the sacred
temple.
It always happened.
The Årabs always used to thank their gods for the life giving
water that so rarely fell from sky in the desert valley.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr could not understand why did the
Årabs do it.
The foolish gods never understood that their worshipers needed
more, plenty of, water for their survival.
And if they understood, they damn cared for their survival.
Why such a careless and tyrant gods must be thanked for these
rare bounties?
Why should not they be complained instead?
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr deliberately refused to join
herrza friends.
Herrza father, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu had taught Ħazrat
Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr that the idols in the Kābā’ were false
gods.
They could not do anything.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr agreed with herrza father.
The believers, instead, had gathered inside the home of
Rasūl-al-Allahs to thank the One God in secret.
What a tragedy.
The real God was being thanked secretly and the false gods were
being thanked publicly.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr was sure, this grand foolishness
of the foolish Årabs was the real reason the Årabs were
suffering.
The false gods couldn’t help them.
And the real God was never approached.
Yet, Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr could not deny that Sherza
had always enjoyed the secret services of the believers.
It thrilled herrza doing something forbidden.
Moreover, it was a special time that Sherza could share with her
father.
The believers had bowed in unison.
Their foreheads were touching the dark earth as Rasūl-al-Allahs
recited the most recent verses of the Qur’an.
It was the Tafsīl-al-Kitābi, Allah SWT was revealing to
Rasūl-al-Allahs bit by bit.
Why bit by bit?
Why not the entire Tafsīl-al-Kitābi at once?
Because Allah SWT was practical.
He wanted his Tafsīl-al-Kitābi be a practical book for the
guidance of the believers, ‘Hudallilmuttaqīn’.
Herrza father, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was a prosperous
merchant.
Herzu was forever busy inspecting caravans from Yemen.
Herzu was busy in buying and selling frankincense, carpets, and
pottery in the marketplace.
Herzu used to serve as an arbiter of commercial disputes among
the various trading parties of Makkah Mukarramah.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakr rarely saw his father, Ħazrat Abu
Bakr Siddīqrzu, during the day.
Sherza relished the few hours every night.
Herzu set aside then the ledger of a businessman.
Herzu used to take the robes of a believer then.
Ħazrat Asmā’rza bint Abī Bakrrzu always been surprised by how
Herzu would change in the presence of Rasūl-al-Allahs at these
meetings.
‘Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was born in Mecca some time in the
year 573 CE, in the Banu Taym branch of the Quraysh tribe.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu‘s father’s name was Usmān Abu Quhafa
nicknamed Abu Quhafa, and his mother was Salma Umm-ul-Khair
nicknamed Umm-ul-Khair.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was a thin man with white skin.[64]
Tabari relates (Suyuti also relates the same through Ibn Sa’d
al-Baghdadi‘s report) from Aisha her description of Ħazrat Abu
Bakr Siddīqrzu:
He was a man with fair skin, thin, emaciated, with a sparse
beard, a slightly hunched frame, sunken eyes and protruding
forehead, and the bases of his fingers were hairless.[65]
He was born in a rich family of the tribe of Quraysh.
He spent his early childhood like other Arab children of the
time among the Bedouins who called themselves Ahl-i-Ba’eer- the
people of the camel, he developed a particular fondness for
camels.
In his early years he played with the camel foals and goats, and
his love for camels earned him the nickname of Ħazrat Abu Bakr
Siddīqrzu, the father of the foal of the camel.[66]
When Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was 10 years old he went to Syria
along with his father with the merchants’ caravan.
Muhammad who was 12 years old at the time, was also with the
caravan.
In 591 at the age of 18, Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu went into
trade and adopted the profession of a cloth merchant which was
the family’s business.
In the coming years Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu traveled
extensively with caravans.
Business trips took him to Yemen, Syria, and elsewhere.
These travels brought him wealth and added to his experience.
His business flourished and he rose in the scale of social
importance.
Though his father Usmān Abu Quhafa was still alive, he came to
be recognized as chief of his tribe.
Ħazrat Abu Bakr Siddīqrzu was assigned the office of awarding
blood money in cases of murder.
His office was something like the office of an honorary
magistrate.[67]’
